Our team

Krisztian Flautner, Ph.D., is the Co-founder and CEO of Graphscale and a professor at the University of Michigan. He was previously CEO of Banzai Cloud, acquired by Cisco, and held leadership roles at ARM in IoT and R&D. Kris holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science and Engineering from the University of Michigan, has co-authored over 80 publications, and has received awards like the 2017 ISCA Influential Paper Award and the 2021 MICRO Test of Time Award.

Nishil Talati, Ph.D., is the Co-founder and CTO of Graphscale and a research faculty member at the University of Michigan. With industry experience at Meta and AMD, he holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science and Engineering from the University of Michigan. Nishil has co-authored over 30 publications and won awards like the 2021 HPCA Best Paper Award.
